Sprinklers

Sprinklers are used in all close basin crop below 5 feet Height. It also suitable for 10 Feet height crops but not advisable. It is one of the best choice for less land to be irrigated.

Though it requires high pressure it can be run with existing conventional pump. The number of running sprinkler is less when comparing with high pressure pump. Corner correction are easy when comparing with raingun. We can irrigate particular area with sprinkler using valve control.

We can apply sprinkler for home gardening, landscaping, fodder growing, groundnut, all type of flower, all herbal plants, coconut farms, turmeric etc.,

It gives good favourable climate for plants growth and it washes plant leaves frequently which eliminate dust, attack of pesticides by cleaning the leaves like rain it give advantage of photosynthesis in turn results in growth and good yields.

Since water are sent in pipes, the water wastage is totally avoided and water evaporation is controlled fully. Sprinkler Irrigation system is well adaptable for Automatic Irrigation System which save water, Electricity, Manpower than flood irrigation. With this type of controlled irrigation we can fix the water drench on the surface of the land about 4-5 inch according to the crop age.

Foliar Spray can be possible, which increase the production and growth of the plant.

   Permanent and Portable Sprinklers

Based on the implementation we divide these system into two categories Permanent and Portable.

Both the system we can use ½, ¾, 1 Inch PVC or Gun Metal Sprinklers for Sprinkling.

For Permanent Sprinkler System implementation PVC Sprinklers are most ideal for cost wise and theft free and good in performance.

Gun Metal Sprinklers are suitable for portable irrigation system which is break free (chance of Breaking on Portability of Stands) and durable. But it is costly.

Micro Sprinkler and Butterfly Sprinkler:

On running this resembles of flying butterfly. So it is called Butterfly Sprinkler Irrigation System. In this method water droplets fall like feathers on air. which does not affect the soil surface. this is suitable for Onion, tuberose, Jasmine, Corriental Leaves, Mint plant, Banana Field, Papaya Field.
